NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy
An innovative device that aids wound healing to previously non-healing wounds by generating and delivering oxygen directly to the wound bed 24/7.
What is it?
NATROX® Oxygen Wound Therapy is a class II medical device licensed under Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC which enables clinicians to prescribe pure humidified oxygen applied directly to a wound to assist wound healing in complex, chronic or non-healing wounds.
How does it work?
NATROX® O₂ extracts oxygen from the air and delivers it through a thin flexible tube to the unique Oxygen Delivery System (ODS) which is in direct contact with the wound surface. This continuous supply of oxygen ensures an oxygen-rich environment around the wound area. NATROX® O₂ is silent with no sensation of movement while providing a continuous flow of pure humidified oxygen.
NATROX® IQ
A centralised, cloud-based platform where clinical teams—across various locations and disciplines—can capture and access up-to-date information on their wound care patients.
What is it?
The advanced digital platform offers a central, cloud-based hub where clinical teams can capture and access up-to-date information on wound care patients. It helps take the pain out of documentation by providing an easy digital template clinicians can follow when documenting wound progression. This can help clinical teams standardise documentation methods across care settings and improve communication.
How does it work?
NATROX® IQ is an online app that works on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. The platform connects to a 3rd party software that leverages the power of AI to digitally measure wound size and depth. It also allows clinicians to oversee wound progression remotely via a telehealth feature which includes video conferencing and SMS messaging. This can help reduce nonessential clinic visits and increase convenience for both patients and clinicians.
Moleculight I:X®
Imaging technology that provides immediate, reliable information about bacteria in wounds, helping health care providers decide which treatments to use.
Real-time device for Bacterial Fluorescence Imaging & Digital Wound Measurement
- Point-of-care bacterial detection 1,2
- Real-time results
- Use on all wounds, in all wound care settings
- Safe, portable, non-invasive
- A comprehensive toolkit for digital wound measurement and documentation3
How does it work?
In a darkened room, or using a DarkDrape™, shining a safe violet excitation light (405 nm) on a wound causes wound components (skin, slough, blood, bacteria, etc.) to fluoresce in different colours 1-3. The i:X device displays and captures images of the most informative of these fluorescent colours. Green fluorescence from the skin provides anatomical context. Red and cyan fluorescence are associated with regions of bacterial load of >104 CFU/g 2,3, which is typically moderate-to-heavy growth 1-3, as demonstrated in multiple clinical studies.
Geko
The geko™ device, powered by OnPulse™ neuromuscular electrostimulation technology, is clinically proven to increase blood flow for the promotion of wound healing and the reduction of oedema.
What is it?
The size of a wrist-watch and worn at the knee, battery powered, disposable geko™ device gently stimulates the common peroneal nerve activating the calf and foot muscle pumps, resulting in increased venous arterial and microcirculatory blood flow1,2,3.
How does it work?
The geko™ device is CE marked as a medical device and its intended use is:
– to increase blood circulation
– for the prevention and treatment of oedema
– for promoting wound healing
Devon 4200

Key Features
- Lightweight & portable
- Rechargeable battery
- Anatomically fitted dressings
- Quick & easy application
How does it work?
A drainage tube connects to a canister adjacent to the pump that collects exudates and bodily fluid. This may promote and expedite wound healing.
The pump holds a disposable 110cc canister that collects the wound exudates. The canister includes a gelling agent that helps solidify material collected.
